	Description	IES is seeking an experienced industrial electrical helper for an industrial project located in Hastings, NE, who can work productively and follow all safety regulations and procedures. Responsibilities/Activities • Capable of performing work associated with electrical construction under conditions imposed by the job • Willing to purchase personal hand tools • Possess basic understanding and use of different types of electrical materials and use basic electrical terminology • Capable of safely using tools and performing work under supervision of a journeyman electrician • Perform various electrical tasks assigned by journeyman or supervisory personnel • Install cable of various sizes • Install conduit using hydraulic bender • Install raceway systems • Assist in the installation of work associated with medium voltage power • Must be able to follow instructions and possess good work ethics
	Requirements	- Drug Free workplace – drug test required – compliance mandatory - 18 months electrical experience required – industrial experience preferred - Personnel protective equipment to be worn as mandated by project conditions - 5-10 hour days, possibly more - Per diem for those that qualify - Must be willing to meet applicable licensing requirements - Must be able to work in construction environment, at various heights and various environment conditions - Must be able to work productively, safely, and maintain professional relationship with co-workers EOE PLEASE NO AGENCY CALLS.
